As Christmas Day falls on a Sunday and Hogmanay on a Saturday, we will consider splitting the weeks for Christmas and New Year e.g. 22nd Dec to 29th Dec and 29th Dec to 5th Jan to suit.
Booking will be confirmed after a deposit of £150 is received.
The balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Early booking is recommended for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Folk Festival (May) and St Magnus Festival (June).
We may consider 'last minute' bookings for long week ends or short breaks (minimum price is £300) – Just give us a phone and see if the Lodge is available.

Note: • A 10% discount will be applied to the above prices if there are only 2 guests using one bedroom (either the double or twin room). The let will be from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure for short breaks.
