Multi fuel stove (a box /bag of fuel is provided free and subsequent logs, peats or coal can be bought locally ) TV and DVD player . CD /Radio .Electric Cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all kitchen equipment which you may require.
- Bathroom - wheelchair accessible with grab rails , level access shower, toilet drop rail , shower chair ,bath and semi pedestal sink.
- Utility room - Belfast sink for washing fish, shells, wellies etc! Ceiling 'pulley' for drying clothes, plenty hooks to hang up wet stuff, boot rack, recycling bins. Washing Machine.
- 1 double bedroom with iron bed ,free standing wardrobe,2 bedside cabinets , set of 8 drawers , full length mirror , short mirror , hairdryer and clock radio . En-suite is a wet room with shower , toilet and sink.
- 1 twin bedroom with 2 beds , 1 bedside cabinet, free standing wardrobe, set of tall drawers and small mirror.
- 1 single bedroom has a bed , 'built -in' wardrobe with sliding mirror doors , 1 bedside cabinet and a set of 3 deep drawers.
- 1 bunk bed room contains a set of full size bunk beds , 'built-in' wardrobe with mirror doors , 1 bedside cabinet and a set of 3 deep drawers.

All linen and towels are included in the price.
There are spare duvets , blankets and pillows stored in the Lodge should you require them.

- Large lockable shed for bikes and fishing rods and surf boards too! The shed also containns a small frost free upright freezer to hold 'overflow' from the small freezer in the kitchen or those 'trophy' fish you want to take home !
- A short stroll away over an adjacent grassy field is Owlswood. This small woodland was planted in 1995 and was named after the Short Eared Owl who patrols the periphery every evening.
